DESCRIPTION:Pet Photography Workshop\, Sponsored by Tamron\nEducation Celebration Week\nSaturday\, August 15\n\n  \nTake your pet photography skills to the next level! \nJoin National Camera for a 3-hour pet photography workshop at a studio in Minneapolis\, sponsored by Tamron. Led by NCE educator and professional photographer Becky Clark\, the workshop begins with a presentation and live demo\, followed by hands-on shooting in small groups across two studio bays. Becky and NCE photo experts will offer guidance throughout. Tamron rep Eric Sives and tech rep Armando Flores will also be on hand with loaner gear\, so you can try different lenses and get advice on the best lens options for pet and studio photography. \nWhether you’re a seasoned photographer or a pet lover looking to sharpen your skills\, this is a great chance to practice\, ask questions\, and walk away with real images for your portfolio. Plus\, each attendee takes home a full-color\, spiral-bound workshop guide to keep exploring pet photography after the workshop ends. \n• • • • •  \nEVENT SCHEDULE\n\n2–2:15pm — Check-in\n 2:15–3pm — Presentation & Live Demo\n3–4:45pm — Hands-on Portion w/ Pet Models\n 4:45–5pm — Wrap Up\, Return Gear\, Final Q&A\n\n• • • • •  \nREGISTRATION: $80\nOnline registration for this event closes at 4pm on Friday\, August 14. Tickets are limited\, so be sure to reserve your spot early! \nFull Event Details: This event will take place in a studio in Minneapolis. Please be sure to provide a working email address when purchasing your ticket. Exact studio location will be emailed to registered attendees around 5pm on Friday\, August 14. If you do not receive an email in your regular inbox around that time\, please check your Junk or Spam folder and reach out to us at classes@natcam.com with any questions. \nBe Prepared: Bring your camera\, charged batteries\, and extra memory cards. All camera brands are welcome — feel free to bring your own lenses too\, or take advantage of the Tamron loaner gear on site. Wear comfortable clothing\, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Free parking and restrooms are available on site.  \nPlease Note: To keep the studio space comfortable for all the animals involved\, please leave your own pets at home. Pet models will be provided for the workshop. \nCancellation & Refund Policy: If you need to cancel\, please contact us right away. Refunds may not be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours before the online registration deadline. \n• • • • • \nTAMRON LOANER GEAR\nTamron reps Eric and Armando will be on-site with a selection of loaner lenses for Sony E\, Nikon Z\, Fujifilm X\, and Canon RF mirrorless systems\, available to try out throughout the event.
