Store + Service Updates: COVID-19


In light of the current situation with coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share that National Camera Exchange is taking steps to conduct business in a safe and responsible manner. We value our community and the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We plan to do our part to help limit the spread of this virus, and will continue following the recommendations of the CDC and Minnesota Department of Health.

We will update this page with the latest information regarding our stores and services, as the situation continues to evolve. Information will also be shared via email and social media. As always, please feel free to contact us via email or phone with any questions or concerns.



The Governor of Minnesota has declared that all non-essential businesses be closed for two weeks, beginning Friday, March 27th at 11:59pm. To comply with this mandate and protect the health of our community, our stores will be completely closed to staff and public during this time. We plan to reopen Monday, April 13th at 10:00am.



New and used products continue to remain available through our online store at natcam.com. Orders will not ship out until Monday, April 13th, or until after the “Stay at Home” order has been lifted.



All digital print services are currently postponed until we are able to reopen on Monday, April 13th. If you have a pending photofinishing order, we will complete it when we reopen. If you have placed an order and not received a completed/shipped out email, please email us.



Classes and events are suspended until further notice. We value the educational experience that we are able to offer to our customers, and we remain dedicated to being a continued resource for our local photography community. We are currently researching a variety of online options for our classes and will provide updates as they become available. 



Our Photo Experts will only be available via email (sales@natcam.com), to assist with any questions you may have during this time. Please note that our Experts will be working from home may not be able to provide exact answers to your questions until we are able to fully reopen.



We appreciate your patience as this situation evolves, and hope you’ll come back to shop our products and print services when we are able to reopen. We are truly grateful for your understanding and continued loyalty, and are looking forward to resuming all normal operations when it is safe for the health of our guests and staff.
