Shipping & Delivery

Free merchandise shipping through May 31st, 2020.

Domestic Shipping

Making sure you receive your order quickly and in excellent condition is our top priority. We have several options for shipping your order depending on your location and order size. We ship all our domestic orders via UPS or USPS. Any product or products valued over $250 will require a signature, which helps protect your order.


Free Shipping

Free shipping is only valid on products shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Additional fees may be applied for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Oversized products shipped within the contiguous United States may have additional shipping fees.


International Shipping

Unfortunately we don’t accept international orders online. If you need something shipped international, please contact our customer service team at 1-877-250-3418.



Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday РFriday 8am Р5pm. If there are any issues with your shipment, you will be notified of the delay.  Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday.


Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information as soon as the order is set to leave the warehouse. You will be notified by email of the tracking number and it will be logged in your account order history for future reference.


Shipping Rates

National Camera Exchange uses a flat shipping rate for most products through our website. National Camera Exchange reserves the right to use alternate shipping rate for large or bulky items.


Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Our Golden Valley store is currently open for curbside pick up Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. We are happy to answer your questions over the phone at (763) 546-6831 or via email at sales@natcam.com. Our Roseville store has permanently closed. Photofinishing and merchandise orders may be picked up at our Golden Valley store or we can arrange to ship your order to you. Dismiss
