Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Making sure you receive your order quickly and in excellent condition is our top priority. We have several options for shipping your order depending on your location and order size. We ship all our domestic orders via UPS or USPS. Any product or products valued over $250 will require a signature, which helps protect your order.

 

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only valid on products shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48). Additional fees may be applied for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Oversized products shipped within the contiguous United States may have additional shipping fees.

 

International Shipping

We do not accept international orders online. Please contact our customer service team at 1-877-250-3418 if you need something shipped internationally.

 

Turnaround

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. If there are any issues with your shipment, you will be notified of the delay.  Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday.

 

Order Tracking

We will update your order with the tracking information as provided by the shipping carrier and you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

Shipping Rates

National Camera Exchange uses a flat shipping rate for most products through our website. National Camera Exchange reserves the right to use alternate shipping rate for large or bulky items.

 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
