Return Policy



National Camera Exchange wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your camera, camcorder, or lens, you may exchange or return it within 30 days after your purchase. Please note that for a return, you must have the original receipt and packaging. There is also a minimum 10% restocking fee on all items that are $1500 or more.

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase. Once the product is received and inspected, we will immediately credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.
